Musharraf's travel to Saudi Arabia, decision to be given on Monday
'The decision will be made with justice and fairness kept in mind', says Pervaiz Rasheed
ISLAMABAD (Dunya news) – The decision for former president Pervaiz Musharraf’s travel to Saudi Arabia is to be given on Monday. The Federal Minister for Information Pervaiz Rasheed says Prime Minister has told the Interior Ministry to look into the application submitted by Musharraf.
According to the details, the former President of Pakistan and the leader of All Pakistan Muslim League General Pervaiz Musharraf has submitted an application to the government. Musharraf intends to visit Saudi Arabia in order to offer his condolences on the death of Saudi King Shah Abdullah.
The Federal Information Minister stated that the decision regarding this matter will be given on Monday. Rasheed said that the decision will be made with justice and fairness kept in mind.
Musharraf has had personal contacts with the deceased Saudi King in the past and wishes to offer his condolences to the royal family in person.
