Pakistan will provide all-out protection to Chinese expatriates, says PM
BEIJING (Dunya News) – Prime Minister (PM) Nawaz Sharif has said that Pakistan would continue operation against the East Turkestan Islamic Movement (ETIM).
According to a Chinese news agency, the PM expressed these views during his visit to China after his meeting with Chinese President Xi Jinping.
The PM assured the people of China that Chinese expatriates and companies working in Pakistan would be provided complete protection. He further assured that Pakistan would continue its struggle against the East Turkestan Islamic Movement.
China has been pressurising Pakistan for quite long time to take action against terrorists in the tribal areas.
Spokesperson of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of China has said that more than 20 MoUs have been signed between Pakistan and China out of which two are regarding atomic reactor and Gwadar Port.
