Pakistan Navy Chief Admiral Noman Bashir said that the Indian Navy wants to increase military might in the region. He said Indian Navy budget is greater than our entire budget but even in the these difficult economic times minimum deterrence level would be maintained.Admiral Noman was addressing from the passing out parade in Islamabad, he pointed out that Pakistan would not allow her territory to be used against any country.If India has evidence of Pakistani interference, then proof should be provided to Pakistan, Noman said.Noman also said that circumstances have changed post 9/11. He pointed out that hospitals and mosques are not even safe from the hands of terrorist.Noman added that Police alone cannot defeat terrorist, others state institutions must work together. He also distributed medals and shields among Police officers.
