Army Chief arrives in Quetta on two-day official visit
The COAS visited the headquarters of Southern Command where he was given a comprehensive briefing.
QUETTA (Web Desk) - Army Chief General Raheel Sharif arrived here on Wednesday on a two day official visit.
On arrival, the COAS was welcomed by Corps Commander Lt. General Nasir Khan Janjua.
According to Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) the Army Chief visited the headquarters of Southern Command where he was given a comprehensive briefing on the prevailing security situation in Balochistan.
General Raheel Sharif was also briefed about the relief activities of Pakistan army in Awaran and other quake affected areas of the province.
The Army Chief was informed about various educational and development projects being undertaken by the Army.
