Security forces arrest 11 suspects during search operation
Scope of operation was expanded after the suspects were rounded up.
QUETTA (Dunya News) – Security forces have arrested 11 suspects during search operation in Quetta and Nowshera on Saturday.
A heavy contingent of police and frontier constabulary (FC) conducted search operation on eastern bypass in Quetta and arrested three suspects belonging to a banned outfit.
The suspects were shifted to undisclosed location for interrogation.
According to police, some important information is likely to surface during the investigation.
On a tip-off, security forces conducted a search operation at Jalozai Camp in Nowshera and arrested eight suspected militants. Heavy weapons were also recovered during the raid.
According to sources, intelligence agencies had revealed that three suspected suicide bombers were hiding in Jalozai Camp. They had moved from Tirah valley and were planning major attacks.
