Hot and dry weather is expected in most parts of the country.

According to Met Office, mainly hot and dry weather is expected in most plane areas of Punjab, Sindh and Khyber-Pakhtunkhawathe.Weather remained dry in most plane areas of the country during last 24 hours while rain with thunderstorm was some areas of upper Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhawa, Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan.Weather turned partly hot in Balochistan including Quetta after prolonged cold weather.Maximum temperature 43C was recorded in Chor last day while maximum temperature recorded in different cities was: Islamabad 29C, Karachi 42C, Lahore 33, Peshawar 31C, Quetta 25C, Gilgit 24C, Muzaffarabad 24C, Multan 35C, Faisalabad 33C and Murree 15C.
