Film technician dies on the sets of Anushka Sharma starrer Pari
28-year-old technician Shah Alam allegedly touched a live wire after the shooting was wrapped up
(Web Desk) – A film technician lost his life while working on the sets of Anushka Sharma’s upcoming movie Pari. Reports indicate that he touched a live wire and became unconscious on the spot.
28-year-old technician Shah Alam was busy doing his usual work when the incident took place earlier this week. He became unconscious after coming in contact with a live wire for equipment placed on bamboo bush.

The outdoor shooting, that took place in South 24 Parganas district, had been wrapped up and it is possible that Shah was winding up the equipment. He was a resident of Uttar Pradesh. Police told that he was found dead at the shooting location at Korolberia.
Police officials further told that they will investigate the matter and review the autopsy report as soon as it is received. The initial investigation confirmed that Shah died due to electrocution.
The film shooting was stopped temporarily, but resumed today and Anushka Sharma also showed up at the sets. The crew has expressed grief over the loss of their colleague Shah.
