The only kind of annoying it can be for us is when we ponder on how we look once going through his series of recent pictures on social media platforms.

Like many fitness models and showbiz personalities, @itsSSR is bearing fruit of his hard work with fans and followers asking him to reveal his diet and workout plan that led him to achieve the following masterpiece of a body:



Without further ado, here is the meal plan that Sushant followed to have insanely low body fat percentage and get as lean as one could be.

One of his Instagram post reads:

Meal 1
4 egg whites and 2 whole eggs Omelette & 1 medium size bowl of oats with almonds and black raisins

HIGH INTENSITY CALISTHENICS
WORKOUT (1 Hour 30 Mins )

Meal 2 ( Binge meal )

Can eat anything but deep fried

Meal 3
1 bowl of quinoa with Stir fry veggies and Chicken gravy

WEAPONS TRAINING ( 45 Mins )

Meal 4
Lettuce and Feta salad with 1 portion of Grilled Turkey

Meal 5
1 portion of Grilled Atlantic Salmon with a bowl of Avocado salad

With a workout regime of 02:15 hrs on daily basis, Rajput has set the bar really high for those wanting to do something about that visceral fat sitting on them.

In addition to replacing his Honda with a ravishing BMW bike, Sushant Singh Rajput has come a long way from his geeky college days and is knee-deep now in offers from prominent filmmakers.
