The team meeting was reduced to heated arguments by players against each other

KARACHI (Dunya News) - It has been reported that players were involved in blaming each other for the terrible defeat in Australia tour. During the team meeting, discussion became fiery. A series of heated arguments were thrown by players at each other resulting into a mild confrontation.

With the recent ODI defeat by 4-1 and Test defeat by 3-0 against Australia, Pakistan cricket team players have started to blame each other for the poor performance. The reports claim that dressing room environment hasn t been friendly lately.

There were matters like junior players disrespecting the seniors in squad. Moreover, some players accused Mickey Arthur was treating Imad Wasim as a proclaimed son. The players were blaming one another for the disappointing series defeat against Australia.

According to sources, Muhammad Amir was questioned by an anonymous player that why wasn t he bowling well? He replied with a question saying, "Why are you dropping catches on my deliveries?” Amir was accused by some players of playing selfish cricket.

Wahab Riaz was asked why he wasn’t bowling decent enough to which he came up with an interesting answer saying, "I am tired". Furthermore, Umar Akmal was asked about his poor batting as well. He responded that he s batting up to his skill.

Asad Shafiq was lambasted for his poor batting. He was accused to be in the team because of personal ties and not talent.

Apparently, Amir and Wahab were carrying a lot of shopping bags which were difficult to carry. Rahat Ali seemed silent as usual while only one member of the coaching staff was sighted at comeback and it was batting coach Grant Flower. Meanwhile, head coach Mickey Arthur will reach UAE on 2 February.
