LONDON (Dunya News) - The United Kingdom has strongly condemned recent Houthi attacks targeting Saudi Arabia and Yemen, describing the actions as unacceptable and warning that they risk further escalating tensions in the region.
According to the UK Foreign Office, the Houthis targeted civilian property and energy infrastructure in Saudi Arabia, contributing to heightened regional instability.
Britain has previously condemned Houthi threats against Saudi Arabia as well as reported plans to impose a naval blockade.
The Foreign Office said the Houthis bear responsibility for the current crisis and stressed that their attacks are unacceptable.
It also warned that the group’s actions pose serious risks to Yemeni civilians, who could be caught in the escalating conflict.
