11 of a family killed in roadside blast in Afghanistan

A roadside bomb explosion has killed 11 people of the same family in Kandhar on Saturday.

According to deputy governor of Zabul province, Muhammad Khan Rasool Yar, the explosion occurred when a van hit a locally made bomb which was planted near a road. At least 11 people were killed in the incideny, including four women and two children.The van was going to Ghazni from Pakistan which was completely destroyed in the incident. According to sources, the van was carrying an Afghan refugee family from Pakistan to Ghazni.
