The US shuttle Atlantis has been scheduled to blast off on July 8 for final space mission.

The shuttle will carry the astronauts to the International Space Station during which 8,000 pounds of spare parts will be delivered to the station.The space shuttle will return to earth after the 12 days mission. The US shuttle Atlantis was first launched into space on October 3, 1985 and completed 35 missions in 25 years.
