One of a kind 'Quranic Park' opens in Dubai

The park will help reduce the misconceptions related to Islam
(Web Desk) - Dubai has opened up a one of kind ‘Quranic Park’ in the Al Khawaneej area. The 60-hectare purpose built park is meant to quench the thirst of knowledge about the religion Islam.
The park will help reduce the misconceptions related to Islam, bridging the gap, due to lack of knowledge and understanding between different cultures and religions.
Dubai municipality announced to the world through its official twitter handle the opening of the Quranic Park on March 29.

The park is uniquely designed to fully entertain the children, young and old. With an appealing entrance to the park it has something for everyone a cave of miracles and a glass house.
An administrative building, an Islamic garden, children s play areas, Umrah corner, an outdoor theatre, areas for showing the miracles of the Quran, fountains, bathrooms, a glass building, a desert garden.
The Islamic garden includes 43 plants mentioned in the Holy Quran namely fig, pomegranate, olive, corn, leek, garlic, onion, lentil, barley, wheat, ginger, pumpkin, watermelon, tamarind, seders, vineyards, bananas, cucumbers and basil.

The park also displays 7 miracles of the Holy Quran.
The park is open for visitors with no entrance fee.
It has a running track, a cycling and sandy track, enchanting fountains a lake and a palm oasis.
