Helicopters drop water on stricken-nuclear plant in Fukushima

Japanese helicopters dumped water on the Dai-ichi nuclear power plant to stop radioactive radiation.

Engineers were trying to reactivate plant’s cooling system to prevent radioactive radiation.Earthquake and tsunami damaged the back-up generators of the Fukushima Dai-ichi nuclear power plant. The lack of power soared the temperature in reactors as the cooling water evaporated. Earlier, fearing a radiation in the plant, it was evacuated.
