Kim Jong Nam murder: Malaysia expects more arrests in further investigation

WEB DESK (Dunya News) – More than a month after Kim Jong-Nam was murdered at Kuala Lumpur International Airport, Malaysian police are expected to make a few more arrests.

Moreover, it has also been revealed that the arrests could also include "important person", in connection with the high-profile assassination.

Police sources revealed that more North Korean nationals are expected to be arrested in connection with the murder. 

Although the Inspector-General of Police Khalid Abu Bakar didn’t elaborate the details, saying that the arrests would be made just at the right time.

"I don t deny we are targeting new individuals including North Korean nationals involved in this murder and we will use all legal channels to apprehend them. Although I can t reveal who they are, we believe there is an  important person  among them," he revealed in his media talk.

It is pertinent to mention that Kim Jong Nam was killed on Feb. 13, when two women smeared VX nerve agent on his face while he was about to take a flight at Kuala Lumpur International Airport.
