A bomb has exploded at a popular market near an army barracks in Abuja, the capital of Nigeria.According to officials eleven people died in the blast and more than dozen were injured. Officials say the bomb exploded at the market where people were celebrating New Year's Eve. No one has claimed responsibility for the attack. The group claimed responsibility for Christmas Eve bomb attacks in the central city of Jos, and for attacking several churches in the northern city of Maiduguri. More than 80 people died in those attacks.
