US President Barack Obama has warned African nations to be cautious about the terror outfits Al-Shabab influenced by Al Qaeda. He cautioned that Africa could be a place where innocents could be killed for little political cost.Obama, in an interview with South African Broadcasting Corporation (SABC), pointed out that the terrorists see it as a potential place where ideological battles to kill innocents can be carried out without regard to long-term consequences for their short-term tactical gains.
