Indian Interior Minister Chadam Baram claims that banned Jamat-ud-Dawa Chief Hafiz Saeed had talked to the Mumbai Attacks culprit Ajmal Kasab on telephone. Giving interview to an Indian Channel, the minister said involvement of the state element couldnt be ruled out in Mumbai Attacks. He blamed that Pakistans demand of more evidence of the attacks was an excuse. Chadam Baram accused Hafiz Saeed was involved in the training of Kasab. Interior Minister averred India knew that where the plotters of the Mumbai Attacks were trained.
