World leaders including US President Barack Obama began a two-day summit in South Korea Monday aimed at curbing the threat of nuclear terrorism, organisers said.The leaders and top officials from 53 countries, plus Interpol and three other international organisations, officially began the event with a working dinner hosted by South Korean President Lee Myung-Bak.
