75-storey Gevora Hotel measures 356.33 m (1,169 ft) tall from ground level.

(Web Desk) – The world’s Tallest hotel opened in the UAE on 12 February 2018, targeting families and travellers looking to avoid Dubai’s energetic nightlife.
The gold-coloured, 75-storey Gevora Hotel measures 356.33 m (1,169 ft) tall from ground level to the top, with 528 hotel rooms that go up to the 71st floor.

The tower took four years to build and was originally planned as a residential building but was recently converted into a hotel instead.
It includes four restaurants, an open-air pool deck, a luxury spa on the 71st floor, plus a health club and Jacuzzi.

Gevora Hotel aims to attract families and tourists looking for a relaxing stay in Downtown Dubai, with the hotel s General Manager Jairaj Gorsia describing it as a "home-grown Emirati hotel".

"Our guests are looking for a good bed, a good cup of coffee and convenience. The hotel is in the centre of Dubai and we offer high quality service, in contrast to many of its neighbouring five-star hotels," said Mr Gorsia.

"We are going into the market at a rate slightly lower than the average around this area. The room rates that we will offer is considered very competitive," he added.

Prior to this, the tallest hotel in the world was the J W Marriott Marquis Dubai (formerly known as Emirates Park Towers Hotel & Spa). Standing at 355.35 m (1,165.84 ft) from ground level to the top of its mast, it s around a metre shorter than the new record holder.
