Saudi charity will pay men $5332 for marrying women over 30

(Web Desk) – A charity organization in Saudi Arabia will pay men 20,000 riyals or $5332 to marry women over 30, reported Akhbaar 24.

This announcement was made by Tabarjal governorate’s Al Berr Charity Organization. The head of the charity organization, Abdul Rahman Al Hameed said the initiative aims to help "encourage men to get married."

"To reduce rates of  spinsterhood,  Al Berr Charity Organization in Tabarjal is launching an initiative that ll see them offer 20,000 Riyals ($ 5,332) to every man who agrees to marry a woman who s over 30 years old."

 The news went viral on social media, causing quite the stir on popular microblogging website Twitter in Saudi Arabia.
