Nasser Al-Attiyah won 7th stage of Dakar Rally with Stephane Peterhansel keeping the overall lead.

Defending champion Nasser Al-Attiyah of Qatar won Saturdays seventh stage of the Dakar Rally with Stephane Peterhansel of France finishing third and keeping the overall lead.In motorbikes, defending champ Marc Coma of Spain won the stage and Cyril Despres of France finished second and kept the overall lead.The special stage was 419 kilometers (260 miles) in a loop course that began and ended in the northern city of Copiapo.Fridays sixth stage was cancelled because of dangerous, snowy conditions across a 4,700-meter (15,400-feet) Andean pass from Argentina to Chile.
