Mexican women run in high heels

Some women may find high heels pinching, but not Mexican women who took part in a high-heel race.

In the traditional Mexican race, women ran 50 metres while wearing 9cm heels. Scores of people showed up to watch the race. Many a runners tumbled as they paced up. The first three winners were also given prizes.
