Junior Hockey 10-day training camp concludes

The Junior Hockey training camp lasted for 10-days at the Hockey Club of Pakistan in Karachi.

The 10-day training camp for the Under-18 Junior Hockey team concluded on Monday. Emphasis was given on the fitness as the players underwent match practice every day at the training camp. The Under-18 Junior Hockey team would leave on June 17 for the Junior Hockey Tournament in Singapore. After the training camp, the Junior Hockey team participated in MQM’s welcome at the red fort ground where MQM’s Deputy Convener Farooq Sattar Addressed the players. He said that hockey is regaining the status it had lost over the years. Talking about Shahid Afridi, Farooq Sattar said that all the secrets of the cricket politics were being exposed.
