Ozil to aid Palestinian kids
Ozil donated 36 million pounds for Palestinians who are suffering from Israeli assault.
BERLIN (Dunya News) - World Cup 2014 title holder Germany Muslim player Mesut Ozil announced to donate his World Cup prize-money for oppressed Palestinians.
While donating 36 million pound Ozil expressed hope that his money will prove beneficial for victimized Palestinians who are suffering from Israeli assault.
“I want to help Palestinians and I am hopeful that my money will help them in treatment and operations”, he said.
Ozil, who played as a mid-fielder in Germany football team, has faced the conflict with team’s management for ‘fasting’ during World Cup.
