Trophys initial matches as important as finals: Shoaib
Rawalpindi Express Shoaib Akhtar said that first-round matches of Champions Trophy were as important as final matches while Star Opener Salman Butt said that national team had winning spirit and Pakistan could win the title with individual performances. Talking in Dunya News programme Dunya Ke Khail, Shoaib Akhtar said, It is very important for Pakistan to win the Champions Trophy; Pakistan mostly wins by good bowling but in this mega event our batsmen have to play all 50 overs in every match. Salman Butt said, South African wickets are not very hard, so toss will play important role. Viewers can win many prizes by taking part in different Champions Trophy quizzes.
