Spain's Dani Sordo took the lead in the 25th stage of Rally Australia, with the two leading point-scorers in the World Rally Championship a tenth of a second behind him. Sordo took the overall lead with a time of 1 hour, 52 minutes, 28.1 seconds. Sebastian Loeb of France and Mikko Hirvonen of Finland were both just .01 second behind.
