Jari-Matti Latvala set the pace on Wednesday (March 28) in qualifying ahead of the Rally of Portugal.The Finn clocked 301 on the gravel of the Algarve, two seconds quicker than Petter Solberg.World Champion Sebastien Loeb was fourth quickest at 304, while Nasser Al Attalyah was off the pace back at 319.Portugals Paulo Nobre was forced to quit after a crash left his Mini too badly damaged to continue.
