A policeman has arrested and a case registered against him for torturing a doctor in Multan.

According to details policemen stopped a doctor namely Muawiz and thrashed him when tried to overtake a police van near Multan Arts Council.The CPO had ordered to take action on the complaint of the victim after which police has arrested accused ASI Ashraf and registered a case against him.
