President Asif Ali Zardari congratulated Russian President Vladimir Putin on his success.

In his felicitation message the President Zardari said that the re-election for the third time was a demonstration of the trust and confidence of the people in his leadership.The President expressed the hope that Pak-Russia relations would continue to grow during President Putins tenure to the mutual benefit of the people of the two countries.The President said that he looked forward to President Putins visit to Pakistan which he said would further strengthen bilateral relations and contribute towards regional peace and stability.
