Balochistan issue: SC orders agencies to complete report in 7 days

Supreme Court has ordered secret agencies to complete report on Balochistan issue within seven days.

Bakhtiar Domki’s family’s murder report has also been rejected. The court has ordered the Sindh IG to conduct an inquiry into the matter.A three-bench led by Justice Shakirullah jan conducted hearing of case regarding chaos and target-killing in Balochistan. Attorney General on the part of secret agencies has requested the court that the case regarding Balochistan issue should be heard in chamber.Justice Shakirullah Jan remarked, “Would you like that the facts of this case should be given in chamber like Karachi unrest case”.The Attorney General said that law and order situation in Balochistan is causing delay in presentation of investigation report. At this, the court has ordered the agencies to complete investigation report within seven days.The court also said that it would be decided later that either the case is to be heard in chamber or open court.On the other hand, the SC has also rejected the Bakhtiar Domki’s family’s murder report and ordered the Sindh IG to conduct an inquiry into the matter in person and submit final report within seven days.
