Altaf asks Zardari to refrain from confrontation

Altaf Hussain has advised President Alsif Ali Zardari to avoid confrontation of institutions.

The chief of Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) Altaf Hussain has held a telephonic conversation with President Asif Ali Zardari. Both the leader discussed the current political situation in the country.Altaf Hussain advised President Zardari to refrain from confrontation of institutions because the country is passing through a critical period. The president agreed with the MQM chief and said that no step will be taken that will lead to confrontation or increase any distances.Earlier, the MQM coordination committee meeting simultaneously held at London and Karachi discussed the present political situation in the country. The committee said that the country was passing through crucial situation and cannot afford confrontation between institutions. It further advised the government to respect the supremacy of law and constitution and resolve all disputes through negotiations.
