“It should not be brought through judiciary, Army and establishment,” he said.Addressing a news conference at a seminary, Qasim-ul-Uloom, in Multan, he said that politicians’ hands should not be twisted before elections. He said if change is to be brought about, it ought to be by political way for it to be beneficial for democracy.He said that Gen Kayani’s reaction to PM Gilani’s speech was appropriate. “Despite this, some gypsies are still chasing illusions.”“The Army is bound to obey the government. That is why impression of collision between institutions is absolutely wrong,” he said.Fazl said that the nation was put for sale in the past while Foreign Ministry has no documentations pertaining to agreements signed with the NATO.He criticised the Foreign Ministry for not having documents of 4-point formulae decided with India on the Kashmir issue. On a question, he said that the country has fallen victim to anarchy multiplied by loadshedding of gas and electricity.He said that Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is under martial law, that is why bloodletting has become a routine there.
