Says rumours of KP CM's disappearance is a drama
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) leader Rana Sanaullah stated that the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) aimed to malign state institutions under the pretext of KP CM Ali Amin Gandapur’s kidnapping rumours.
Talking at Dunya News program ‘Tonight with Samar Abbas’, he labelled the Gandapur’s escape a drama to sabotage Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) conference.
Gandapur was spreading lies by claiming that he had to cross 12 districts to reach Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, in fact KP could be reached within one hour by crossing Margalla Hills from the other side.
Sanaullah affirmed that PTI was holding consultations with KP CM that led to late start of KP Assembly session.
PML-N suggested that KP CM must be arrested before allowing him to cross Attock and detained in KP House under strict monitoring.
Rana Sanaullah accused PTI including serious leadership, Asad Qaiser of doing propaganda by creating rumours and staging drama of Gandapur’s kidnapping.
PTI wanted to create anarchy and malign the image of Pakistan on the global stage, Sanaullah stressed.
People of Rawalpindi and Islamabad faced ordeal for three days with closure of cities due to PTI protests, he berated PTI.
The PML-N leader claimed that the PTI couldn’t get support of people in protest and got zero response in Lahore and launched chaos operation.
KP Governor Faisal Karim Kundi stated that PTI meant to create rift between Punjab and KP police, promoting anti-Pakistan agenda and doing politics on citizens’ dead bodies.
