Islamabad district and sessions court judge Malik Imran announces the reserved verdict
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - Islamabad’s district and session court has acquitted the Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf (PTI) founder Imran Khan, Shah Mahmood Qureshi, Sheikh Rashid and other PTI leaders in the Azadi March case.
Judicial Magistrate Malik Muhammad Imran announced the reserved verdict of the case against PTI leaders registered at I-9 police station.
The court has acquitted the PTI founder Imran Khan and other PTI leaders including Shah Mahmood Qureshi, Sheikh Rashid and others by issuing the reserved verdict.
Saddaqat Abbasi, Ali Nawaz Awan, and others have also been acquitted.
It is pertinent to note that a case was registered against PTI leaders in 2022 on violation of Section 144 and sections of vandalism.

Advocates, Sardar Muhammad Masroof Khan, Ali Bukhari, Amina Ali and others presented the arguments in the court representing PTI founder and others.
Similarly, Islamabad district and session court’s Judicial Magistrate Malik Muhammad Imran has also acquitted PTI leader Shehryar Afridi in the May 9 case registered at I-9 police station.
Shehryar Afridi was acquitted by the court by announcing reserved verdict on the case. A case of vandalism on May 9 was registered against PTI leader Shehryar Afridi in I-9 police station.
