Thanksgiving Day: US envoy's spouse praises Pakistanis

The spouse of US Ambassador Dr Marilyn Wyatt said people of Pakistan are very courteous and social.

She was speaking with the wife of famous religious and spiritual personality Pir Naqeeb-ur-Rehman , during her visit to his divine center Eid Gah Sharif , Rawalpindi on Wednesday.She said that she had visited almost all the shrines of holy elders but she finds such peace of mind that she has not experienced before. She said that she had come here to mark Thanksgiving Day.She also paid visits to the shrines of ancestors of Pir Naqeeb-ur-Rahman situated at Eid Gah Complex. Dr. Marilyn also distributed food among the devotees and deprived people.It is pertinent to mention here that in USA alms and charity is distributed among the needy people on Thanksgiving Day.
