SC orders case against responsible for NATO container case

SC ordered Chairman the FBR and NAB to register cases against men involved in Nato containers cases.

While expressing his dissatisfaction, the Chief Justice said neither any money was recovered nor anybody was arrested in this regard.The counsel for the Custom officials, Pervez Musharraf’s nephew Asad Qaiser and the son of ex-corps commander Karachi Ather Ali are involved in the scam.The FBR Chairman said that 6483 employees involved in the NATO scandal cases have been issued notices while the issue has been referred to the NAB to register cases against men involved in the scam.The Supreme Court has ordered the NAB Chairman and FBR Chairman to lodge case against persons involved in this scam.
