Finance minister lauds government's efforts in reduction of inflation
ISLAMABAD (Web Desk) - Acting President Yousaf Raza Gilani has called for providing maximum relief to the people in the upcoming budget.
Speaking to Finance Minister Muhammad Aurangzeb in Islamabad on Thursday, he said a comprehensive strategy was required to enhance revenue collection.
The finance minister briefed the acting president on the upcoming budget and measures taken to check inflation.
The minister said the apparent reduction in inflation was the result of government's measures.
