PHC grants bail to Ali Amin Gandapur

PTI's nominee for KP CM slot had secured bails in many cases
PESHAWAR (Dunya News) - The Peshawar High Court (PHC) on Monday granted bail to Ali Amin Gandapur, PTI's nominee for the KP CM slot.
The PHC chief justice heard Gandapur's transit bail petition and enquired that it was an old case.

The respondent's lawyer informed the court that his client didn't know about this case. He said that the court's DI Khan bench had earlier granted bails in previous cases.
Later, the court directed to submit surety bonds of Rs 100,000 against the bail.
