PPP is only true representative party of labourers and farmers, Aseefa Bhutto says

(Web Desk) – The Pakistan Peoples Party is the only true representative party of the country’s labourers and farmers, asserted party leader Aseefa Bhutto Zardari in a massive election rally in Lyari on Sunday.

The Bhutto scion expressed her commitment to becoming the voice of the people alongside PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, stating, “PPP is the only party in the country that empowers the people.”

Aseefa emphasised that PPP’s manifesto would address prevailing issues of poverty, inflation and unemployment, ultimately improving the lives of the people of Pakistan.

“Our promise is to double your salary, provide standard education for children, offer free medical facilities, eliminate poverty and hunger, implement worker and youth cards, construct 300,000 houses, ensure property rights, and guarantee the provision of free electricity up to 300 units," she said, outlining her party’s pro-poor initiatives from its manifesto unveiled Saturday.

Aseefa stressed that it was the PPP’s passion to serve the nation and added that the “arrow,” PPP’s electoral symbol, symbolised the people and should triumph on Feb 8.

She urged constituents to cast their votes for the “arrow” to make PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari the prime minister of Pakistan.

Upon her arrival in Lyari, Aseefa Bhutto Zardari, the daughter of the late former prime minister Benazir Bhutto and former president Asif Ali Zardari, was warmly welcomed by a massive gathering amidst chants of “Jiye Bhutto.”

A large number of women eagerly sought a glimpse of Aseefa Bhutto and continued to shower flowers on her from the rooftops as her convoy moved along Shah Abdul Latif Road.
