PTI founder moves IHC seeking bail in Toshakhana and Al-Qadir Trust cases

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - The Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder has moved the Islamabad High Court (IHC) seeking bail in Toshakhana and Al-Qadir Trust cases.
The PTI founder said in the petition that the cases against him were made with the malafide intention and they were based on political vendetta.
“The former NAB chairman Aftab Sultan refused to make political cases against me despite the fact that he faced severe pressure,” he maintained in the petition.

He made an appeal to IHC seeking bail till the conclusion of the trial of cases against him.
Meanwhile, the Lahore High Court will hear his petition against the rejection of interim bails in May 9 vandalism cases today.

The PTI founder had earlier challenged the rejection of his interim bails in LHC.
