Three soldiers martyred, two terrorists killed in KP incidents: ISPR
DI KHAN (Dunya News) – One terrorist was killed while two others got injured during an intelligence based operation in Rori, Dera Ismail Khan on Friday, said ISPR.
According to military’s media wing, the killed terrorist has been identified as Usama, TTP's suicide bomber, who was planning to carry out a high profile incident in the area.
In a second operation, conducted in Lakki Marwat, one terrorist was killed while terrorists’ hideouts were busted.
During intense exchange of fire, two soldiers Naik Zafar Iqbal and Sepoy Haji Jan embraced martyrdom while fighting gallantly during the operation.

Meanwhile, an Improvised Explosive Device exploded in Kulachi, Dera Ismail Khan which resulted in martyrdom of Havildar Shahid Iqbal.
“Sanitisation operations are being carried out to eliminate any terrorists present in the area as the security forces are determined to wipe out the menace of terrorism and such sacrifices of our brave soldiers further strengthen our resolve,” said ISPR.
