ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - Chief Justice of Pakistan, Justice Qazi Faez Isa, on Thursday hinted at fixing the cases of delay in general elections and civilians’ trial in military courts for hearing soon.

Justice Qazi Faez Isa stated this while adjourning a case related to Pak Arab Refinery's employees when the lawyer of the petitioners asked to adjourn the hearing for 15 days.

CJP Isa while adjourning the case [Pak Arab Refinery's employees case] for two months, stated that cases related to delay in general elections and civilians’ trial in military courts are going to be fixed for hearing in the Supreme Court soon and added that difficult cases are going to be fixed for hearing in the SC during which it will be difficult to hear other cases.
