Gen Asim Munir observed live fire exercises in Jhelum: ISPR
RAWALPINDI (Dunya News) - Army Chief Gen Asim Munir on Wednesday reaffirmed the preparedness of the army to counter any potential threats posed by hostile forces.
According to the Inter-Services Public Relations, Gen Munir visited Tilla Field Firing Range near Jhelum and observed the live fire exercises and the amazing capabilities of the advanced VT4 tanks.
The army chief also saw the firing of long-range SH-15 artillery guns and was impressed by the adeptness of the personnel and their command over the state-of-the-art weaponry.
A comprehensive briefing was given on the exemplary performance of the officials.
Gen Munir emphasised that the army possessed the full capability to effectively defeat any nefarious objectives of the enemy.
