Fakhar won Woman Inspiration Award, Dr Saqib achieved 'Man of Decade' honour

(Web Desk) – Two Pakistanis won awards at the famous global awards ceremony held in London on Saturday night.

Huma Fakhar, a businesswoman from Pakistan, and Dr Muhammad Amjad Saqib, a humanitarian, won the prizes after being nominated in their respective categories.

Dr Saqib received the Global Man of the Decade award in recognition of his exceptional efforts, while Fakhar received the Global Woman Inspiration Award to highlight her amazing achievements.

"Pakistan is a story of woman courage, an unfolding story," Fakhar added, thanking the award's organisers for the recognition.

As a result of their labour and its influence on the international scene, the two Pakistanis' successful feat was a big victory for the country.

For her work in Pakistan's economic and social sectors, Fakhar, an entrepreneur from that country, was nominated for the Global Woman Inspiration Award in the UK last month.

"The Global Woman Club's award nominations were revealed on June 17, and the award ceremony itself was scheduled for July 17 in London.

In the meantime, Dr. Saqib is a prominent philanthropist well-known for his humanitarian initiatives and welfare work in the nation. He was awarded Sitara-e-Imtiaz by the Pakistani government. He is the founder and chairman of Akhuwat, the largest Islamic microfinance organisation in the world and a tuition-free university accepting students from all around Pakistan.

"I am really humbled and delighted to have received this honour on a worldwide scale. Thank you all very much. Dr. Saqib stated after being recognised, "It is once again a pleasure to receive this award in the company of so many leaders, men and women who are changing this planet.

He expressed his gratitude for his victory by dedicating it to the people of Pakistan as well as "all the volunteers and the great human beings who are volunteers and who all are aiming to build a better world." a world devoid of exploitation and poverty.

Deepak Chopra and Madame Mir Elle will present awards to a total of 12 ladies worldwide. The entrepreneur said, "The nomination is for being an inspiration for my work in Pakistan as a businessperson and help in the social sector.

The award category honours a woman who has made a difference in her community, overcome hurdles, and inspired and encouraged others via her extraordinary path.

Fakhar expressed her appreciation for her loved ones' continuing support by saying, "Thank you for the continued support of my family and friends."

Fakhar is a co-author of "Doodh Darya," the White Revolution Dairy Investments strategy for Pakistan that established corporate dairy farms and gave more than 500,000 women in the dairy industry influence.

Additionally, she has been promoting and providing training in entrepreneurship at the school level, particularly for females, in Pakistani orphanages so they may support themselves.
