Shireen Mazari moves IHC for removal of name from ECL
ISLAMABAD (Dunay News) – Former federal minister Shireen Mazari Tuesday filed a petition in the Islamabad High Court to remove her name from the Exit Control List (ECL).
In the petition, Mazari made the Interior secretary and the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) director general respondents. The petition states that including her name in the Provisional No-Fly List is illegal.
It should be noted that a few weeks ago, several present and former leaders and members of the PTI, including Shireen Mazari, were included in the ECL by the government.
