Four PN officers promoted as Vice Admirals

ISLAMABAD (Dunay News) - Four officers of the Pakistan Navy (PN) were promoted to the rank of Vice Admiral, according to a PN spokesperson.
The officers who have been promoted include Vice Admiral Abdul Samad, Vice Admiral Abid Hameed, Vice Admiral Raja Rab Nawaz, and Vice Admiral Muhammad Faisal Abbasi.
Vice Admiral Abdul Samad is serving as Commander Naval Strategic Command, while Vice Admiral Abid Hameed is fulfilling the responsibilities of Deputy Chief of Naval Staff (Material).
Vice Admiral Raja Rab Nawaz is the Commander Coast, and Vice Admiral Muhammad Faisal Abbasi is the Commander Pakistan Fleet.
The spokesperson for the Pakistan Navy further stated that the promoted officers have vast experience in command and staff, and their promotion is an acknowledgment of their outstanding military service.
