Bilawal says time to cleanse system of ‘political terrorists’
SWAT (Dunya News) - Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto Zardari on Saturday gave a clear message that those involved in the May 9 incident would not be forgiven.
He stressed that political terrorists who launched multiple attacks on security installations would be eliminated from the system and they would be served a lesson.
Addressing the workers in Swat, PPP Chairman said he was very happy to come to Swat, and that he welcome those who joined the PPP adding the brave people of Swat fought valiantly against the menace of terrorism.
He claimed that PTI chairman was involved in bringing terrorism again to the country mentioning the PPP would make every effort to bring peace adding the PPP did not believe in abusive culture, rather it believed in serving people.
He added political terrorism should also be stopped because if it was not stopped the violent inciidents would continue to increase adding the PPP never attacked the security installations despite facing worst oppression.
The PPP chairman stressed late Benazir Bhutto could have asked PPP supporters to attack security installations but she remained peaceful because PPP always believed in ‘revenge through democracy’.
Mr Bhutto Zardari said during the PPP’s era, the poor were always taken care of mentioning during the tenure of late Benazir Bhutto, the poor were given ownership rights who also gave employment to the poor.
He claimed that PPP provided the most opportunities to masses in comparison with any political party while further accepting that economic problems should be resolved to provide relief to the common people.
The foreign minister said that the PPP did not have any competition with political parties but rather with poverty and hunger adding the BISP was a revolutionary idea that improved the lives of people.
He highlighted that this was for the first time that a young foreign minister was dealing with the country’s foreign policy mentioning that he achieved a lot of missions in just 14 months.
