Woman killed in Okara house fire

OKARA (Dunya News) – A woman lost her life and her two children sustained injuries when a house caught fire in Okara on late Sunday night, Dunya News reported.
According to details, fire erupted in the house located in village Chora Manika near Okara when the woman lit an oil lamp. The fire spread very quickly and trapped three people inside the house.
Fire brigade and rescue teams reached the spot and rescued the trapped persons from the house in serious condition. Rescue teams shifted the injured to District Headquarters (DHQ) Hospital Okara where the woman died during treatment.
Rescue sources said that the deceased was identified as Naseem. They also informed that condition of injured children was very critical.
