Attitude of courts were completely different for Benazir Bhutto, claims Kundi
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) leader Faisal Karim Kundi said on Wednesday the questions will arise if judges exhibit their partiality towards Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan.
Mr Kundi said, "Judges who are giving relief to Imran Khan should be informed about the trial of former President Asif Ali Zardari in jail. Imran Khan's facilitator should reply that Asif Ali Zardari is in custody." Why was he [Asif Ali Zardari] taken from jail to court in armoured personnel carrier (APC)?"
"The behaviour of the courts was completely different for former Prime Minister Benazir Bhutto. Newspaper clippings were considered evidence against Benazir Bhutto," lamented Mr Kundi.
